The Miniload system at the Siemens manufacturing facility in Germany is composed of 3 blocks 335 m3 each with a 6-metre S/R machine. Each block serves approx. 900 boxes.
Installation work had to be preceded by disassembly of the old machines within a very confined space. The assembly required very high precision. The racks have been connected to the warehouse automation solutions already in place. The Miniloads have been enclosed with panels and acrylic glass to improve their external appearance.
